Basant Rubber Factory Private Limited has its in-house R&D team. Basant Rubber Factory practices the reverse engineering methodology, where every design from the client is decoded into finer elements and then a final product is built upon it.
The in-house team, which consists of Technical Director, Rubber Technologist, Production HOD and Quality Control HOD, works cohesively to construe and dissect the diagram received from the client. Post this; the team works out the most suitable components for the product depending upon the material, its load bearing capacity, aging and durability of the material in order to ascertain whether it suits the final purpose of the engineering application.
The company follows stringent Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) for all the products. At Basant Rubber Factory, quality has always been the top most priority and to ensure the consistency every product goes through various phases of rigorous testing.
